A Malibu broker, told quietly.

A fictional broker site for a high-end Pacific Coast Highway real estate practice. The site had to read like her listings — coastal, restrained, never shouting. The brief: editorial, lead with neighborhoods and inventory, no auto-playing video, a valuation request as the soft CTA.

02 /Approach

Magazine layout, oceanfront restraint.

Long single page anchored on three blocks: signature listings, neighborhood guides (Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica), and a private valuation form. Generous whitespace, large editorial typography, color drawn from sand and overcast sea. No carousels — just photography that loads fast and breathes.
